VPL OPENWELL pumps are ideally suitable for open wells or tanks where there is a wide fluctuation in water level. This works under water and it rests at bottom of the well. Hence suction and priming problem do not arise. Pump's volute chamber is designed to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency. Dynamically balanced impeller offers vibration free operation with long life. Prime mover is rewindable, water - cooled motor. Specially designed water lubricated bearings are used to withstand axle thrust loads with minimum wear and tear. The stator is wound with special water pRoot synthetic film insulated copper winding wires and made up of low watt loss steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in stainless steel stator shell.

VPL Bore well submersible pump SETS are AVAILABLE BOTH IN OIL LUBRICATED MOTORS AND WATER LUBRICATED MOTORS with Carefully designed impeller and bowl are made of resin impregnated thermoplastic. This material ensures high performance and longer life cycle of pumps. Other vital components like check valve housing and suction inter connector are made of graded cast iron, outer shell made of high quality stainless steel (S.S.304). Hex rubber bush and Stainless Steel Sleeve with hard chrome increase the wear resistance of this pump against sand. Specially designed high performance thrust bearings (SS with Carbon) are used to withstand axle and down thrust loads with minimum wear and tear. Dynamically balanced rotor gives vibration free and noise free operation, thereby increases efficiency and life cycle of the motor.

VPL 150 mm (6) Borewell submersible pumpsets are with different materials of construction together with extremely hardwearing bushes makes highly durable pump. Radial flow submersible pumps are supplied with stainless steel impellers and stage castings and mixed flow pumps are supplied with LTB-2 impellers to give better performance and longer life and other vital components like check valve housing, mixed flow stage bowls and suction inter connector are made of graded cast iron. The optimal design of impellers and diffusers offers best possible hydraulic efficiency. These pumps are powered by a water filled, rewindable submersible motor suitable for continuous duty. The stator is wound with special water pRoot synthetic film insulated copper winding wires and made up of low watt loss steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in stainless steel stator shell. Specially designed high performance thrust bearings (SS with Carbon) are used to withstand axle and down thrust loads with minimum wear and tear.
